People Care is a cycle of workshops aimed at the Human Capital areas of companies in the technology sector, which aims to strengthen the processes of recruitment, selection and development of talent in the IT industry.
In its second edition, People Care offers 5 workshops given by leaders in the topics of greatest interest to the industry, with the aim of promoting reflection and the exchange of tools for the development of new skills that allow organizations to change and grow with their teams.

Tuesday 7th August - Agile recruiting - IT Searches
The IT world consists of a daily dynamic with very varied and demanding emerging needs. This is how talent management must take on the challenge of incorporating people in an agile, efficient and forward-looking way into the structure of organizations. This workshop seeks to generate reflection on the "result-oriented" imprint that Human Management areas face in these processes, as well as to bring participants closer to new ways of working from innovative perspectives regarding the selection of people.

Moreover, in the agenda of most of these projects, the technical aspects have a notorious preponderance over the human aspects involved in the process.
