Smart Talent Day is the annual event that brings together 2000 people who are part of the global services community. Its 3rd edition will be on Saturday 1st September at Kibon and will start at 2pm with Smart Chat, a conference by the creator of Arduino - the open source board that revolutionised the teaching of electronics, robotics and interactive art - the Spanish David Cuartielles, who will arrive for the first time in the country from Malmö (Sweden) to give his vision on the future of work and education.
From 3 p.m. onwards, attendees will be able to have a relaxed conversation with leaders, technicians and representatives of 50 business and technology services exporting companies in the Meeting Area, a space where they will be able to find out more about these companies and the professional profiles they are looking for. Educational institutions will also be present to provide information on their training options, scholarships and other tools to promote professional development.
Simultaneously, there will be a CV Checking area, where 14 personnel consultants will evaluate CVs and give attendees personalised tips on how to improve them, and the Job Interview Practice, where you can simulate a job interview in English with experts from 3 schools. Both areas are agenda-driven and require additional registration.
At the end of the afternoon, the Smart Chat will return with the panel #Jugados: Transformarse da laburo, in which four professionals will talk about their experiences in the incorporation of technologies as the key to success in their professional development. The four #Jugados will be: management, strategy, finance and risk consultant Bruno Gili -who will explain how the incorporation of technologies impacts on different business areas-, football referee Claudia Umpiérrez -recently arrived from the U20 Women's World Cup-, electronic trading specialist Camila Jodal -who will talk about her experience in this area for local and foreign companies- and DJ Hernán González (Cooptrol), who will explain how new technologies have influenced music production and artistic creation.
