What are young people today looking for when choosing a career?
The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) industry has 0 unemployment, offers good salaries and allows -in many cases- to work remotely without the person having to move from their place of residence. In addition, this industry can be reached through various study alternatives, of different lengths and depths.
However, despite all these advantages, there is a shortage of staff in ICT; in fact, there is a huge shortage of staff. So what needs to be done to bring young people into this sector?
In this edition of La Mesa TIC we are going to analyse this situation, find out what the training offer is like and what the possibilities are for each of the careers.
