This year's slogan is "Reinvent yourself" and refers to the need to adapt to the frequent technological changes that impact on a new and dynamic labor reality. From 2pm we will have the #SmartChat area where national and international speakers will be sharing their experiences and giving tips on how to adapt to the new work dynamics.
Since 2016 Smart Talent has organized more than 22 #CVChecking in the facilities of the consulting firms and more than 35 in the framework of the annual event Smart Talent Day, with the participation of about 1000 people. In this new edition we will have the participation of 17 staffing consultants who will be evaluating the resumes of the attendees and giving personalized tips to optimize their job searches.
Another key aspect for professional development in Global Services companies is the need to deepen language learning, especially English. For this reason, the #JobInterviewPractice section has been organized since the first edition of the event, an instance in which attendees can simulate a job interview in English, with experts from educational centers. This year Anglo, the Alliance, 4D, Bike and INC will participate.
In parallel, we will have a #MeetingArea dedicated to networking where you can chat face to face with CEOs, technicians and other leaders and learn about the opportunities of more than 50 of the main global companies installed in Uruguay. One of the novelties of this year will be the new Gaming space with different video game proposals in charge of the Uruguayan Esports Association and with the support of Samsung. And as every year, the foodtrucks will be the opportunity to recharge your batteries, eat something delicious and chat with friends.
Smart Talent Day is a free event with limited spaces, which in its 2018 edition received more than 2000 participants. Participation in the #CVchecking is with agenda and requires specific prior registration and in the case of #JobInterviewPractice it is enough to be registered in the Smart Talent Day.
