It is aimed at all those people or companies in Uruguay who, on the occasion of COVID-19, have developed web or mobile applications that are a contribution to society in order to face the crisis by adapting to it.
During 2019, the 10 women who were part of the first generation of ReconverTIte. Women in testing were training in software testing and other skills to get a job in IT and thus be able to work from home without having to leave the place they chose to live.
For a year they were preparing specifically for the great challenge of remote work without imagining that some time later, with the arrival of COVID-19 in Uruguay, it would become a way of working that most of us had to experience.

We would like to address to all the people or companies that have developed web or mobile applications that help to face the crisis that the country and the world are living. From ReconverTIte we have decided to offer our functional testing services on a voluntary basis (after evaluation of each of the applications) with the dedication of the testers graduated from the programme and the ReconverTIte team.
