For the development of this project, MIEM will work together with the UNESCO Chair in Sociocultural Anticipation and Resilience of the SARAS Institute, which leads an innovative approach (Futures Literacy, UNESCO) with international experience in the use of this active learning methodology.
The pilot project will be for only 15 women entrepreneurs with whom we will work in the form of workshops and coaching instances, on the axis of creativity and innovation with a vision for the future.
Co-creation methodologies and agile methods will be used, together with approaches that create and strengthen anticipatory capabilities, to expand alternatives, recognize and create opportunities, adapt to change and make transformations.
Who can participate?
- Women entrepreneurs who carry out productive activities or services related to production, who lead micro, small or medium-sized enterprises or are part of commercial companies in which they are decision-makers.
- Bear in mind that it does not include tourism, nor primary exploitation activities, nor commerce and/or services in general.
What is the working format?
- There will be 6 workshops (March-April) with the selected entrepreneurs (one per week of approximately 3.5 hours).
- Supporting coaching instances (minimum 4 hours in the period per company that needs it).
What do we expect from these workshops?
- We hope that each businesswoman who participates in it can incorporate innovation in product, process or services and that they can outline actions in their company that will lay the foundations for the development of innovative and creative companies.
- Strengthen the so-called "soft skills" so highly valued in today's business/labour world.
- To generate a commitment among all of us that will lead us to meet the proposed goals and to outline with each one of you according to your needs.
- The concurrence of all the participants to all the workshops that will take place weekly in March and April.
What is the cost for companies to participate in Innova Mujer?
- It is free of charge, but selected participants will be asked to sign a commitment to participate in the workshops.
When will we start the workshops?
- The first general workshop will be held on March 12th at a place and time to be communicated to the participants.
