Open call for IT companies to participate as trainers in the project "Bringing Education and Work Together".

As part of the dual training project "Bringing Education and Work Together", the CES and IT companies will train 50 young people in testing. Starting in March, the students will receive scholarships to study for the Software Tester Diploma.

In this context, we invite other IT companies interested in participating as training companies.

The aim of the project is to train young professionals so that they can work in companies that develop software, make intensive use of it or provide testing services.

Those companies interested in participating in this initiative must register in Vía Trabajo as a "company" (https://viatrabajo.mtss.gub.uy/viatrabajoweb/servlet/inicio). In addition, the companies will propose tutors, who will support the students during their internship. To do so, the company must send to adm@ces.com.uy the full name and C.I. of the tutors who will be available to the students, indicating which training company they represent.

The companies will participate in the selection process of the candidates. In addition to a subsidy for their work, the tutors will receive training from INEFOP to learn about the project and how it works.
