Scholarships to study Software Tester

The National Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (INEFOP) and the Software Testing Center (CES), offer 55 scholarships to study the Software Tester Diploma to people from all over the country.

INEFOP will fund 30 total scholarships for participants with completed high school or in their last year of high school or equivalent institutions, belonging to vulnerable populations, people with disabilities, workers in Unemployment Insurance (referred by INEFOP guidance) and general public with little knowledge on the subject.

 

In addition, it will provide 25 half scholarships for the general public, including active workers, high school graduates and seniors.

 

Basic computer skills are a requirement for all scholarship applicants.

 

The software tester is the professional who designs and executes software tests in order to evaluate its quality. For thirteen years, CES has been providing training in a field that demands more and more technicians and specialists.

 

On July 17th the courses of the Testing course start, which is totally online and consists of three consecutive diplomas: Software Tester, Professional Software Tester and Software Tester Leader.

 

Those selected for the scholarships must state in writing their intention to work in the IT area, either as an end in itself or as a means of supporting other studies.

How to apply for a scholarship?

 

To obtain a scholarship through INEFOP you must complete an entrance test that is done online through the CES training platform and have a face-to-face or skype interview with the CES. If you have any questions, please contact us at capacitacion@ces.com.uy.
