We remind our members that, by resolution of the Board of Directors, Act No. 323, dated 4 September 2012, the administrative procedure for members who maintain unpaid dues was regulated.
In this regard, it is established that if a member is 3 months in arrears in the payment of its membership fee, a written notification will be sent to the member indicating the situation and requesting regularisation.
If the member fails to settle the debt within 90 days of notification, he/she shall be disaffiliated and shall be duly informed.
It is important to note that as long as the member remains in arrears in the payment of membership fees, he/she will be suspended from exercising his/her rights as a member of the institution.
