The instance -which took place via Zoom last Wednesday 24/03-, was in charge of Ana de León (Customer Experience Manager of Fenicio) and Pablo Yañez (financial advisor of Fenicio).
Proper management of an online store involves making decisions based on data. To understand them, a very useful tool is Excel.
In order to provide basic tips to organize information, Fenicio invited its customers to this training in which the following topics were emphasized:
- How to identify SKUs with less stock, and those with zero stock that will be discontinued (to retire them)
- How to unify the spreadsheet provided by Fenicio backend with other databases
- How to identify who our "VIP customers" are, based on purchase frequency (using the sales spreadsheet).
- Pareto product analysis, by category, brand and seasons
