The international consulting firm Frost & Sullivan recognized inConcert with the award "Enabling Technology Leadership Award 2020 award in the category "European Contact Center as a Service”. This is the third award that the consulting firm has given to inConcert in the last five years after the awards granted in 2016 and 2017, and the first outside Latin America.
This recognition coincides with the celebration of twenty years of inConcert, a company that emerged in Uruguay in 2001 and today operates in 27 countries in America, Europe, Asia and Africa. Since its inception, inConcert has had an innovative vision of integration between the contact center world and business processes. Its achievements in this regard have earned it the distinction of Frost & Sullivan, based on a strict evaluation by an independent panel of analysts.
Each year, Frost & Sullivan selects "companies that consistently develop new growth strategies based on a visionary understanding of the future," the awards report states. From this analysis, the consultant concludes that inConcert excels in many of the criteria in the field of "Contact Center as a Service", a remarkable achievement in a market as demanding and highly fragmented as the European one.
