dLocal debuts today on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Uruguayan unicorn becomes the second company in the country to be listed on the stock exchange.

dLocal, the Uruguayan online payment solutions provider, today Thursday 3 June makes its debut on the New York Stock Exchange (Nasdaq) with 10% ownership (29.4 million shares out of 293 million) at an offering price between US$ 16 and US$ 18 per share.

The Uruguayan company registered its IPO with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the US stock market regulator, Bloomberg reported in early May.

dLocal is the first Uruguayan unicorn and now becomes the second local company to be listed on Wall Street. Milestones of great relevance for the entrepreneurial ecosystem and for the IT industry.
