This Commission aims to generate awareness, reflection and action in favour of the construction of equitable labour relations in terms of gender, enabling the integration and professional growth of women in ICT.
It seeks to enhance the opportunities and accompany the professional development of women in ICT, as well as to give visibility to both the opportunities and the barriers that women find in the sector, proposing actions to solve them.
She participates in the gender equality agenda in Uruguay, and works together with women's ICT communities, roundtables and institutions that promote women's development and gender equality in ICT.
